    • If the product is damaged or defective during the delivery process, please take a video of the entire process from opening the parcel box to checking the product components and send it to cs@musicplant.co.kr .


      At this time, please send us the video with 'buyer's name, contact information, and details of inquiries'. For more information on this matter, please refer to the post "Precautions for CS" on the [NOTICE] bulletin board.


      In addition, if you purchase the product using the delivery agency, MUSICPLANT will not be responsible for any omission or defect.
