Hello, we're MUSICPLANT. In the event of a defect or omission in the product, components, special event prize, poster, etc., we are requesting an opening process video for accurate consultation. Exchange/return consultation is not possible by writing and photography without an open video. (Please check the instructions below for more information.) The release video should be filmed in a single video "without editing" the entire process "from the moment you open the parcel box to the moment you identify the problematic product."
