This is a precaution regarding orders for those who applied for overseas delivery. 

● Delivery Issue

　Please Note that Currently, due to the impact of COVID-19,

　Delivery to most countries is being delayed.

1.International Order Instruction

When placing an international order, please make sure to select

[배송선택(Destination) > 해외배송(overseas delivery)] at the order stage.

2.[U.S. Customs Regulation Change]

Effective August 29, 2025, the U.S. personal customs clearance standard has changed.

Regardless of the product value, all shipments to the United States are now subject to customs duties and clearance procedures.

In the event that a shipment is returned due to the customer’s personal circumstances,

all costs incurred (including round-trip shipping charges and re-import fees) shall be borne by the customer.

MUSICPLANT will not be held responsible for these expense

3. [Turkey Personal Customs Regulation Change]

Effective August 21, 2024, Turkey’s personal import customs standard has changed.

The sample import allowance has been reduced to EUR 30 or less.

If the total amount of the product price and shipping cost exceeds this threshold,

the goods will be subject to formal import customs clearance, and a 60% duty rate will apply.

Customs duty must be paid in order to receive the goods.

Failure to pay or violation of the regulation may result in the order being returned or discarded.

MUSICPLANT will not be responsible for cancellations, refunds, costs, or inconveniences once the products have been shipped.

4.[Default Delivery Method]

International delivery is basically handled through DHL or FEDEX,

except for Russia and Brazil, which will be sent via EMS.

For Russia, EMS delivery may be possible, but MUSICPLANT will not be responsible for any issues occurring after shipment.

For Brazil, the CPF number must be entered in the ‘Order Message’ field when completing the order form.

Due to the global COVID-19 situation, in areas where DHL or FEDEX delivery is unavailable,

we will try to ship with an alternative carrier.

If additional shipping fees are required, we will notify you via email.

5.[Taxes and Duties]

The price of products purchased overseas (except in certain countries) does not include taxes or customs duties.

* Taxes are calculated based on the total amount of the product price and shipping cost.

If the goods are returned to the MUSICPLANT logistics center due to non-payment of taxes,

this will be considered as a return due to change of mind.

In such cases, refunds will only be made after deducting the initial shipping cost, the return shipping cost,

and any re-import customs duties.

MUSICPLANT will not be held responsible for any additional costs or inconvenience arising from these circumstances.

6.[Other Precautions]

If you receive the product through a third-party delivery company in Korea,

MUSICPLANT cannot guarantee against missing components or delivery issues.

Therefore, please make sure to use our international delivery service.

Products will be delivered only to the address listed on the order form of the MUSICPLANT online shopping mall

7.[Poster]

If a poster is included with an album, up to three (3) posters will be folded and delivered without any extra shipping fee.

If you would like to receive all posters (three or more) unfolded,

please indicate this in the ‘Order Message’ field when completing your order form.

In this case, the shipping fee will increase based on the order list, 

and we will inform you of the additional cost via email. 

● For PAYPAL Payment

In case of address input during PayPal payment process,

Shipping address of PAYPAL must be same

as the address on order sheet of MUSICPLANT.
